This is something that we generally do here in Thailand but sometimes people forget and they walk into your property with their shoes still on. By not wearing shoes on any property, it helps to protect any floor and that is certainly good news indeed.
Clean it on a regular basis
You have no problem washing your car or your motorcycle on a regular basis and apply the same rules when it comes to floors in your home or business. Depending on the material that you have on the floor, it can pretty much take care of itself but it needs a little bit of help along the way. Don’t be scared to give the floor a brush from time to time and maybe even a mop as well.
Invest in some doormats
These are perfect because not only are they incredibly affordable but people can wipe their feet before they enter your property. This means that there is nothing from the outside being carried in, so place these not only at the front door of your property but at the back door as well.
Wheel out the vacuum cleaner
Alongside your trusty floor brush, your vacuum cleaner is the next best thing when it comes to keeping your floors cleaner for longer. Try to invest in a vacuum cleaner that has a HEPA filter to remove pathogens, which helps with keeping your property clean inside and with your ongoing allergies as well.
If you follow these four pieces of advice and make sure that you have the proper cleaning tools at all times, there’s no reason to believe that you won’t be able to keep your house immaculately clean with very little effort on your part, today and always.
